Chilli Crab
The kitchen describes its Chilli Crab as “a blend of sweet, spicy, and savory elements, known for its bold and fiery flavours”. It is a whole mud crab in the chilli gravy, with an optional mantou add-on for mopping up the sauce and an extra spicy option. It uses the same size ladder as the bee hoon dishes.

Seafood sets
The flower-crab sets are built for sharing and use smaller crabs, so they cost less than a large whole mud crab. They need three hours’ notice, not a day.

Seasonal specials the kitchen has run
Some dishes appear for a season and then leave. We list them so that you can recognise old photos and listings. None of these is available as a standing item, and none is promised again.
- Golden Salted Egg Crab, a National Day special: a whole mud crab wok-tossed in a dry-style salted egg yolk gravy with curry leaves and a hint of chilli padi. The product page gave 1 to 16 August 2026, at $68.80 for the Medium, and the ordering system lists Medium, Large ($88.80) and XL ($108.80).
- Mother’s Day sets. In 2025 the kitchen ran steamed crab on glutinous rice in a pink cast-iron pot ($288) and five-course and nine-course menus. In 2026 it ran a Signature Experience built around an XL+ whole crab in Chilli or Ginger and Scallion style.
- Galloping Prosperity Yu Sheng, $48.80, for Chinese New Year, made with crab stick.

Order
Pre-order online at least a day ahead for whole-crab dishes; same-day availability at the counter depends on the day’s crab. Seafood sets need three hours. All of these dishes contain shellfish; the kitchen is not Halal-certified and serves no pork and no lard.
