How to book
The Tyrwhitt Road flagship takes table reservations through SevenRooms. The kitchen provides two booking variants, one for pet tables and one for non-pet tables.
You can also WhatsApp or call the hotline on 6993 3333. A short WhatsApp message is useful if you want to confirm a crab size or ask about a seating need.
A reservation holds the table, not the crab
This is the point diners most often miss. Booking a table does not set aside a crab. The kitchen says its crabs are delivered fresh each day, and the dishes need a day’s notice when ordered online. Pre-order online at least a day ahead for whole-crab dishes; same-day availability at the counter depends on the day’s crab.
So the full sequence is:
- Book the table with the SevenRooms link.
- Pre-order your crab dishes and size on the ordering site, choosing the dine-in option where it is offered.
- Arrive on time. The flagship’s last orders are at 8.30pm on Sunday to Thursday, and at 10pm on Fridays, Saturdays and public holiday eves, “or earlier if sold out”. See hours and directions.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday bookings have needed a small deposit, according to the kitchen’s earlier menu page. The booking page shows the current rule and the amount, so rely on that.

If you cannot book
If the table you want is full, takeaway is available from Tyrwhitt Road, and the Soup and Laksa are available from AMK Hub. Both need a day’s notice for whole-crab dishes when you order online.

The kitchen has not published a limit. It says live crab is delivered daily. In December 2022 one reviewer wrote that quantities are limited each day, so we treat pre-ordering as sensible.
