How to order crab bee hoon: dine-in, pickup, delivery
Three routes, one rule: order whole crab a day ahead.

Step by step
- Choose your dish and size on the menu. The five whole-crab styles share one price ladder; sizes and portions helps you choose.
- Open the ordering site, pick Pickup or Delivery, then pick an outlet. Crab prices and slots appear after you choose an outlet. The Tyrwhitt Road flagship offers the full menu; the kiosks carry a curated takeaway selection.
- Order at least a day ahead for whole-crab dishes. The seafood sets need three hours.
- Pay when you order. Advance orders are paid at the point of ordering.
- Collect or receive your food, and eat it the same day. The Singapore Food Agency’s recommendation, which the kitchen repeats, is to consume cooked food within four hours of purchase.

Why a day ahead?
Pre-order online at least a day ahead for whole-crab dishes; same-day availability at the counter depends on the day’s crab. The kitchen says its mud crabs are delivered daily, and one reviewer reported in December 2022 that quantities are limited each day. A day’s notice lets the kitchen set your crab aside. The seafood sets use flower crab and need three hours.
Rules to know before you pay
- No changes or cancellations after confirmation.
- No refund or replacement if you miss your order.
- Contact the kitchen within two hours of collection if something is wrong with preparation or quality.
- Delivery to some locations (Sentosa, Tuas, Changi Airport, Lim Chu Kang, the CBD, and malls or offices that charge for parking or have no direct lift access) may carry extra surcharges. Delivery has its own page.
- You cannot pick an exact delivery time. If timing matters, choose pickup and, if you like, arrange your own driver.

Can I walk in and order crab at the counter?
You can try. Walk-ins are subject to availability and waiting time, and same-day availability at the counter depends on the day's crab. Pre-ordering a day ahead is the safe route. For a table on a weekend, see reservations.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Not after confirmation. The kitchen says there are no changes or cancellations after confirmation, and no refund or replacement if you miss your order. If there is an issue with preparation or quality, contact the kitchen within two hours at hello@chickenpie.sg.
How do I pay?
Online orders on the ordering site take credit cards. For pickup you can pay by PayNow or bank transfer if you WhatsApp the outlet. For all advance orders, payment is made at the point of ordering.
Is there a minimum order for crab?
We have not found a published minimum order for crab dishes. Check the ordering site when you build your basket.
